I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - A Talking therapy aimed at working with dysfunctional emoitions, behaviours and thoughts by using goal setting and procedures in the present. This type of therapy is good for treating a wide range of problems such as eating disorders, mood and anger.

I also use Counselling skills, Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help treat a wide range of problems.
